Prior to joining Gulfstream, Mr. Loggins served as Senior Vice President at Flag Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where he managed all aspects of the Structured Finance Department. Previous to Flag, he served in a similar capacity as President of the Specialty Lending Division at Century South Bank of NE Georgia. Mr. Loggins has over 30 years experience in the banking industry, and has produced over $500 million in commercial real estate loan purchases and originations.

In the real estate finance business since 1975, Mr. Harkey has held many executive positions in a variety of institutions including a savings and loan in Jacksonville, FL, a savings bank in Plantation, FL, and a savings bank in Tampa, FL, in addition to two years at the Resolution Trust Corporation.
